We then competitively bid the project to our vetted network of subcontractors and vendors creating realistic schedules and budgets, providing construction details and cost options. Our early involvement results in time and money saved. It is our aim to create a positive building experience for our clients and collaborators from the very start.
During this process, our thoughtfully handpicked teams are designed to complement the complex needs of our clients and the aim of the design. After establishing the best team for the job, we begin the work both on site and in the office tracking progress and budget to bring our client’s initial vision into a well-executed reality.
